Post 19 -Thanksgiving
Thanksgving this year was a little different. All of my family here in South Florida went to visit my mom in Georgia. My mom made me feel so sad when I called her to say "Happy Thanksgiving". I know she wanted me to be there but she did not have to make me feel guilty about not being there. Other than that, my Thanksgiving was nice. I got things done. I relaxed, I also visit a few friends. I over ate but it was really nice.

It's ok as long as you know you still called don't feel guilty. And, that is nice that you had a very nice Thanksgiving.
ReplyDeleteWell you know our older generation sometimes don't know how to say I miss you with out making one feel guilty. Just don't worry about it because in your heart if you cloud have been there I am pretty sure you would have.
ReplyDeleteAwww... that sucks. Nothing is more important than spending time with family, unfortunately things come up that are out of our control which causes us to change plans. At least you got a chance to relax and you did have a good Thanksgiving. Maybe for Christmas you'll be able to take a trip then.
